Hi, I’m Adam, and if there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s that life doesn’t always go the way we planned—but that doesn’t mean we can’t take control and rewrite our own story.

My journey started before I could even remember. I was adopted at six months old, stepping into a life filled with both love and challenges. Growing up, I learned early on that identity isn’t just about where you come from—it’s about who you choose to become.

By my twenties, I had already experienced some of life’s biggest milestones. I was married and divorced before I turned 30, learning the hard way that not every chapter is meant to last forever. I threw myself into my career in education, believing that teaching was my path—only to be let go in my very first year. It was a crushing moment, one that made me question everything. But in hindsight, it was the first real push toward something bigger.

I spent years rebuilding, working in education, marketing, and coaching—helping others grow, even as I struggled to find my own direction. Along the way, I discovered a passion for coaching both students and adults to success—not just in business, but in sports, life, and career development. Whether I was helping athletes sharpen their skills, guiding professionals toward their next big step, or teaching technical skills to open new opportunities, I saw firsthand how the right mindset and support could change everything.

But for years, I stayed within systems that didn’t always align with my vision. I knew I had a passion for helping people create something meaningful, push past their fears, and build a life that truly felt like their own. And then, at 44 years old, I made the choice to stop waiting for permission and start pursuing my passion on my own terms.

I launched UCANC because I believe in empowering people—whether in business, personal growth, sports, or career transitions. I know what it’s like to start over, to feel lost, and to wonder if it’s too late. But I also know this: it’s never too late to rewrite your story.
